These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Serenium Wallet and related services. Read them carefully. By using Serenium you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Serenium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or services.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials unless caused by our gross negligence.
3. Permitted Use
Use Serenium only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, fraud, or to transmit harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Fees & Payments
Some features or transactions may incur fees. Fees will be disclosed at the point of the transaction or in your account. We reserve the right to change fees; we will post changes in advance where feasible.
4. Arcade Nature & No Real-World Value
Important: Serenium is an arcade-style entertainment platform. Serenium credits ("SEN"), in-game tokens, points, virtual items, or any other digital assets provided within Serenium have no real-world monetary value.
These assets cannot be sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, converted into real currency, goods, or services outside of the Serenium platform. You may not rely on Serenium credits as a substitute for money.
Serenium is not a casino and does not offer gambling services. Our games are intended for entertainment purposes only. We are not licensed to operate gambling or wagering services, and Serenium does not facilitate real-money wagering. Any suggestion otherwise is incorrect.
If third parties (outside of Serenium) claim to purchase, sell, or convert SEN for real money, they are not affiliated with Serenium — such offers are made at your own risk and are not supported or endorsed by us.
5. Privacy
Your use of Serenium is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available separately). By using Serenium you consent to data collection, storage and use as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Serenium (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
Serenium is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Serenium.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Serenium operates. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
